Seeing this clip called ‘Move’ reminds me how much fun it is to travel, walk and see different parts of the world. It also reminds me that it’s about GD time to go on a new journey myself.

Move was made by 3 guys (Rick Mereki, Tim White and Andrew Lees) in just 44 days visiting 11 countries. That sounds like a lot of rushing to me. This really makes me want to book a ticket for our next trip to Argentina, today!

Tumblr, probably my best addiction since the Nintendo Gameboy. I get up with it, I go to sleep with it. And I check my Tumblr dashboard app on my iPhone throughout the day when I have the occasion. That’s pretty much it. I guess I’m losing myself into the pretty world of Tumblr. And I’m taking my girlfriend with me. She raves non-stop about how cool her Tumblr Archive looks like. It makes her smile!

For me personally, Tumblr is the ultimate storage place for found inspiration. No more stashing up creative and inspiring photos in folders on your desktop. Nope, not any more. It’s all there on my own Cloud Cuckoo Tumblr. A great extension to my Cloud Cuckoo website. And I think a lot of people are doing it because of this. Stashing and sharing.

What is a foreigner up to when he or she sets foot to settle in a foreign city? Right, you try to learn and understand their words. You try to keep track of that odd mumbling you’ve never heard of. Damien and Joëlle are keeping track of their new learnings by documenting it all via Around Your Word.

Around Your Word started in October 2010 in London by Damien LC (from France) when he launched the first mosaic. Joëlle (also from France) introduced her Around Your Word mosaic in February 2011 in Amsterdam.

This initiative is a great way of getting to know domestic words and meeting inspiring locals at the same time. A great experience! Find out which Dutch words Joëlle learned so far at Around Your Word.

Venour surprised me yesterday with their SS11 lookbook. It’s no regular one with cool photos on awesome spots like we see everyday from all other brands.

Not this one. This one is shot in super slo mo! A very nice way of showing off skills and draw some extra attention to the collection.
