LESSCUAP

LESSCUAP

Sergei Sviatchenko is an artist born in the Ukraine and living in Denmark. He caught my eye with his LESSCUAP artwork series.

The art work is based on his CUAP fashion photography and were created with the purpose of taking the attention of the spectator away from the elements which are commercial objects and into the direction of abstract composition. He wanted to interrupt the normal line of thinking: “suit-tie-shirt” and instead of this use another line of thinking: “suit-tie-what is that?”.

Go see.

Ryan Todd

Ryan Todd

London-based illustrator & designer Ryan Todd pleases the eye with his art work. Bright colors and simplicity at it’s best leaving you with pleasant thoughts and emotion. Ryan states that his focus is on “producing ideas-led images which exercise forms of creative thinking and wit.”

All threads of Ryan’s work are practiced as a member of OPEN, a studio space in East London which was established as a framework for support, criticism and creative dialogue.
