I was told that dreaming is a good thing. And since I’m activly doing it I have a very-very long wish-list. As long I can convince myself that I really NEED all the stuff I’m sorting ways to fix it all. So I started thinking. What is it I need? Well I definitely need a new iPhone. Lucky for me there’s one (iPhone 4) getting announced next week. And it’s going to be a very sexy one according to all the lost prototypes and specs. And it’s not a luxury since my 1G is slowly dying on me. Have to give it strong sedatives to sing time out till the introduction of his new cousin. So yeah, I need it.
It’s good visualizing myself having/wearing the items. Visualizing means wanting and wanting equals making it happen. Right now I’m fixated on stuff from Folk, Maison Martin Margiela, Acne and The Hillside. Can’t wait till summer sale kicks in. And it’s not just all for myself. I’m delighted to be able to give my love a little something. Her expression to see that I’ve found the right thing for her makes me happy.
And stuff doesn’t always have to be expensive, that’s the best thing you know. I also want a new header and some tweaking for Cloud Cuckoo. You can make me happy with stuff to complete a certain setting. Like the one time I was giving a party and Arthur brought us piles of red drinking cups by Solo. It made the party since these bastards are by far available in the Netherlands. I’m definitely not greedy or a materialist, I appreciate special items which are handmade or just that damn sexy. I guess they come with a price.
Oh right and don’t forget about the iPad which I’m not totally sure off since it’s more of a consume-thing than a produce-thing. But have you seen some of the clips where it’s showing off himself (you’ll find one below). Oh well, I guess it’s flashy enough to fit my Incase Messenger Bag and maybe can replace my MacBook to drag along. And there’s the Billingham Hadley camera bag and the Canon 5D Mark II among with a sweet L lens. The Billingham is for my Leica and the Canon… the Canon is just awesome.
And I can go on because the new Burton ICT boards and bi*(ndings are l+#ooking swe=et. Not to m!en±tion their new ou<ter?*we-ar c(oll_/ection. Ok Joe, time to wake up! I guess I could go on and on.
